Will You Deliver To My Work Address?

Yes we will. However, you'll need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.

Do You Deliver To BFPO Addresses?

Yes we do deliver to BFPO addresses.

Normal Delivery Time Guidelines

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days.
UK Express Delivery: Normally next working day (Monday to Friday) by 6pm. Deliveries to remote postcode areas may take upto 3 working days, you will be advised at checkout. Please note: Orders placed for Express delivery on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday, orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Your order will require a signature on arrival.
Europe Priority Airmail: 5-7 working days (dependant upon delivery destination).
Worldwide Priority Airmail: 7-10 working days (dependant upon delivery destination).
We cannot guarantee the speed of delivery by Royal Mail or any alternative couriers.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT. Postage & Packaging may be payable in addition to these prices. Prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any import duty and taxes that you may incur, it is your responsibility to declare any such purchases.

Payment & On-line Security

All items must be paid for in full before your order will be dispatched. You can pay securely online by Credit/Debit card or PayPal.
The security of your information, transactions, and money is critical to us at us which is why we use a 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) to ensure any electronic communications between us are encrypted, meaning they cannot be read via the internet.
Rather than handle your Credit/Debit card through our system, we take online payments via the secure payment service offered by Sage Pay. Sage Pay automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches them (this occurs when you are initially transferred to Sage Pay from our checkout), it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Sage Pay servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Boofle Direct never have access to your Credit/Debit card information which makes it impossible for anyone to capture your card details from our site. Furthermore, we will never contact you to request your Credit/Debit card details. From time to time Boofle Direct will host competitions and certain rules will apply. These same rules will apply whether a competition has been entered through Facebook, Twitter or our website.

Competition Rules
* By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by the competition rules and all other Terms & Conditions on our website.
* Competitions are not open to persons who are employees of Boofle Direct or any member of their households.
* Competitions are only open to residents of the United Kingdom, all prizes will be shipped within the United Kingdom.
* The address you provide with your competition entry will be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct as we will not send the prize again.
* All entrants must be over the age of 18 unless otherwise stated.
* Competition entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be accepted.
* No purchase necessary.
* Entries must be made using our 'Competition' link on our website.
* Prizes winner(s) will be chosen at random from all correct entries.
* Prize winners will be notified via e-mail or telephone. If we are unable to contact a prize winner within 7 days then the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen at random from the correct remaining entries.
* Competition winner(s) names may be published on our website and/or social media sites.
* Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Boofle Direct reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Lost Or Damaged Orders

Although we take every care to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail or any alternative couriers.
If your order should arrive damaged or not arrive at all the following conditions apply:

If your order has arrived damaged
Please contact us immediately explaining the nature of the damage and the products affected. Replacement products will be dispatched immediately. If any items are out of stock we will offer you an alternative product or full refund.
If you order has not arrived
Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. Occasionally deliveries can take longer than normal especially during busy periods like the run up to Christmas.
Before contacting us, have you tried
* Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
* Looking in any safe areas such as behind bins, in a shed, garage or porch?
If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us quoting your name and order number. We'll reply within six hours (during normal working hours) and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Cancelling Or Returning Your Order

We are confident that you'll be completely satisfied with your products. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel or return all or part of your order the following conditions apply:

Cancelling before you have received your order
Please contact us as soon as you have decided to cancel. If your order hasn't been dispatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund. If your order has been dispatched you must return the goods, preferably, in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice to the address below. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your order is packed carefully so it wont get damaged on return! All goods will be inspected on return. If you are returning goods through a post office it is advisable that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting. A full refund, less any optional upgrades such as express delivery, will be issued within 14 days.
Returning your order
Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
